Ageno is the Director of Training and Facilitation at The Civic Canopy, ensuring tools and learnings can be accessed throughout the Canopy network. She develops materials and tools to build collaborative skills through workshops, demonstrations, and multimedia instruction. Working alongside partners, she serves as both a catalyst and a coach to help build the capacity for collaboration and collective impact. She has extensive experience in direct client services, project design and management, training and facilitation, and private consulting, with a focus on building strong community partnerships.  She received her BA in Political Science and Communications from University of Colorado- Boulder.
