Description

When the first COVID shut-down hit, our team was in the early days of stewarding a network of leaders working to redesign more equitable systems of care in Napa Valley, CA. Centering on the journey of two community leaders from Napa, this session will explore how the work of stewarding change has changed over the past year -- and what strategies for community-centered systems change will be with us long after the pandemic is over.

Learning Objectives:

  • Become familiar with how the mash-up of frameworks -- network strategy, systems thinking, human-centered design and coaching -- align with the pursuit of place-based equity centered systems change...especially now.
  • Hear how two leaders aligned their personal journey with their drive to re-design their community’s commitment to equity and anti-racism.
  • Connect with the not-perfect journey of a multi-racial facilitation team engaged in the messy work of stewarding change in 2020.
