How can a newly-formed collective impact initiative develop shared measures, governance and backbone infrastructure? This session will offer insights from organizations involved in the launch of the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective and explore strategies to develop an authentic theory of change that can drive operational activities and decision-making. Evaluators from Equal Measure and backbone leaders from GSK and PEF The Philadelphia Education Fund (PEF) will share insights and provide examples from their recent (and ongoing) work in launching this collaborative effort.
