Drea Rodriguez is a results-driven community organizer, trainer, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in project management, event coordination, and coaching. She currently serves as the global program manager for WomenServe, where she develops and implements programs and oversees the grant-making portfolio aligned with WomenServe’s mission and long-term goals.
Throughout her career, Drea has consistently demonstrated her ability to use educational methodologies to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs. She skillfully integrates instructional technology to provide both onsite and virtual training and outreach strategies.
Drea holds an undergraduate degree from Alverno College and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors for the Community Development Alliance (CDA), further amplifying her commitment to community engagement and development.
