Cordella Jones currently serves as the Resident Collaboration Director for the Community Development Alliance (CDA). She previously held the position of FUSE Executive Fellow with the City of Milwaukee’s Department of City Development.
With over 15 years of experience at BMO Bank, Cordella has focused on serving low- to moderate-income residents and foster community engagement. Her passion lies in enhancing collaboration and creating effective systems that promote homeownership and the revitalization of vacant lots throughout Milwaukee.
Cordella is also a proud graduate of the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, an initiative sponsored by LISC, Marquette University, and other partners, aimed at increasing the representation of leaders of color in the commercial real estate sector. Additionally, she is a member of the 2024 cohort of the African American Leadership Program, furthering her commitment to leadership and community development.
