Caitlin Walker manages philanthropic programming focused on older adults and oral health equity at the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation. Working across 15 states and the District of Columbia, Caitlin works to build collaborations between community organizations to make systemic change in oral health access. Prior to her work at DDCCF, Caitlin managed international development programs for global consulting firm Tetra Tech and managed grantmaking strategy for foundations Give2Asia and the Oregon Community Foundation. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs and served on a Fulbright Public Policy Scholarship in Timor-Leste. She lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband Mark, son Miles, and Gabby the cat.
