Tracy Sibbing has 25 years of experience in health and human services, both in direct service and in systems level work. A Dayton native, Tracy has worked her entire professional career to support children and families.
Her work history includes Early Childhood Education at the University of Dayton, School age youth prevention with Unified Health Solutions, and Community building, grants management, partnerships and policy as Vice President for United Way of the Greater Dayton Area.
Tracy joined the team at Omega CDC and is serving as the Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role Tracy cultivates and solidifies partnerships, develop strategic alliances, oversees a Promise Neighborhood grant from the US Department of Education and develops advocacy strategies that align with local, state, and national initiatives.
Tracy is married, has two sons and dog named Payton. She enjoys reading, soccer, crocheting and nature.
