How can equity be integrated into collective impact work—whether in an established initiative or from the start? Over the past three years, GOYN communities have operationalized the Equity & Structural Justice (ESJ) Framework, embedding equity in local ecosystems and global monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) practices. This session will provide practical guidance for introducing and sustaining equity-centered strategies within communities, using real-world examples from established GOYN communities, as well as emerging ones. The session will conclude with a youth leader who is driving equity through collective action, demonstrating how multi-stakeholder partnerships fuel systemic change. Participants will leave with actionable insights on how to align equity work with local priorities while engaging with multi-sector stakeholders.
