Description
This session will address the question: How can arts and collective impact leaders measure and communicate their social value more effectively? Attendees will be introduced to data-driven tools developed through the Collaborative Arts Impact Initiative (CAII), which have been adapted from the social services sector to measure transformational outcomes in arts organizations. Participants will learn how these tools can track social cohesion, community engagement, and emotional well-being, helping them build stronger advocacy cases and secure sustainable funding. The session will feature hands-on practice using the tools, with key insights into how data can drive systems change in any collective impact initiative.
