Description
The work of changing systems requires collaboration on a set of strategies developed to shift practices, reorganize structures, and change mental models. Working at multiple levels supports both the changes needed right now and the long term changes that we as change agents are collectively seeking.
Collective impact practitioners, leaders and those most impacted by inequitable systems can work together to develop a bundle of strategies at multiple levels to test and implement. By working up and down the iceberg, this session will support practitioners and leaders to work across sectors, organization and role to develop strategies that work towards more equitable impacts both now and in the long term.
