Description
Trauma is a near-universal part of the human experience and an invisible force contributing to the “stuckness” of virtually all social systems. Yet the impact of trauma - intergenerational, collective, historical and systemic - remains all but absent from mainstream discourse about systems change. This session will explore how a few collective change efforts across the globe are centering trauma and healing in their approach to systems change, and seeing transformational results.
