In this session participants will have the opportunity to learn how design tools can be effective catalysts for implementing collaborative systems change work. Using a case study from Montana, ThinkPlace U.S. will engage participants in an interactive workshop focusing on how collective impact organizations can use design tools to visualize the experiences of the communities that they aim to serve and make visible the shared opportunities for systems change. ThinkPlace will highlight how key design tools like personas, ecosystems maps, root cause analysis, and journey maps, can be used to showcase shared experiences. Through guided facilitation and reflection with our Montana partners, participants will learn about how these tools can be used to develop concrete systems change initiatives sustained through collective vision and lived experience.
