As communities navigate change, uncertainty, and polarization, funders play a critical role in supporting and leading work that protects vulnerable communities, resists harmful policies and actions, builds long-term solutions, and bridges divides. Through case studies and discussions, participants will hear from funders who are investing in transformative work along this protect-resist-build-bridge framing. We will also explore how these strategies can set funders up to nimbly and effectively respond in future times of change. Participants will also have an opportunity to reflect and discuss implications for their communities.
